I’m Linda, founder of Wildflower Business Partner, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in business ownership, accounting, operations, leadership, and business management, I understand firsthand both the opportunities and the challenges that come with running a business.

Throughout my career, I’ve owned and managed multiple businesses, overseeing everything from bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial management to employees, operations, systems, and long-term planning. My experience also includes accounting and payroll for organizations with hundreds of employees in multiple states, business process improvement, project support, team leadership, and helping organizations identify better and more efficient ways of working.

I hold an MBA and have also spent part of my career teaching business-related courses, giving me a unique ability to not only work through business challenges, but to explain the “why” behind the numbers, systems, and decisions in a way that makes sense.
